Author of a series of teachers’ guides for Tanzanian Maths teachers. Advisor for the Maths Department of a Pakistani secondary school.
Dr. Maranya Mayengo
Senior lecturer at the department of Applied Mathematics of the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Arusha. 16 years of teaching experience in secondary and tertiary education. For 9 years Mathematics teacher for secondary schools before moving on to tertiary education where he worked with the University of Dodoma (UDOM), and now, the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology.
Dr. Mayengo is an associate of the project "Learning Inspire Tanzania" offering capacity building workshops in “Competence Based Teaching” for thousands of school teachers.
