... provide the necessary didactical framework, which allows the participants to translate e-resources into every-day school lessons. 

... offer participants an opportunity to familiarise themselves with basic skills in information and communication technology (ICT) and distance teaching & learning.

Key elements of the in-service training

Course elements include e-resources, such as ready-made PowerPoint presentations, lesson notes, movies etc.

The learning environment comprises our own website, a drive with documents & movies, online meetings, discussion boards and mail.

Some courses include a link to the vocational training sector and hence to community engagement.

Participants are provided with compensation for internet access (i.e. costs for prepaids) based on contact hours with the respective facilitators.

Participants will be encouraged to form long-term partnerships with their facilitator.

At the end of the course, participants will be provided with a certificate of attendance.
